PRESCRIPTION REFILLS

Please have your pharmacy fax over a refill request. Once your pharmacy faxes the request, please allow one week for that prescription to be refilled.

Any requests that require same-day attention will incur a fee of $15 which will need to be paid before the refill is made.

*Please note that legally I need to see you once per year to continue prescribing medications. It is best to schedule an appointment when you have filled your last refill so there is no delay.

If you are requesting that I write a prescription for a medication that I do not currently manage for you, an office visit will be required.
